English Summary - Plain
Ferman sent to the Venetian Doge upon the bailo's request regarding the attack of the Uskoks on Bosnian merchants somewhere close to the Gabella harbor. There was a Venetian galley that the merchants accused its captain of colloborating with the Uskoks. The same merchants came to İstanbul and had a long lasting argument with the previos bailo. Some of these merchants with the accompany of an Ottoman silahdar (Bali bin Ali) went to Venice. In Venice they were given some of their stuff that had been saved from the Uskoks. They accepted it and issued temessüks that indicates the Venetians were no longer responsible. This ferman is given to finalize the issue and prevent any more arguments between the Venetians in the empire and the Bosnian merchants.
